Our CALICI DI FUOCO event is back on Saturday, June 21, 2025!
It will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the SUMMER SOLSTICE, which is traditionally accompanied by fire to light up the shortest night of the year and give more strength to the sun.
From 8:00 PM: Welcome drink!
8:15 PM: GUIDED WINE TASTING of 5 wines: LAUDE sparkling rosé 2024 – ELIO BIANCO 2022 BIO – GALANDIN 2023 BIO – RUBEST 2022 BIO – DIANA ROSSO 2019 BIO. All wines will be paired with a gastronomic accompaniment. Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes in duration.

9:45 PM: TRADITIONAL RITUAL ELEMENTS connected to the Summer Solstice (herb bundles, walnut gathering, the sailing ship, and more) and candle lighting.
Around 10:00 PM (AT DUSK): LIGHTING OF THE FIRE.
As our tradition, we will then burn weeds and last year's St. John's herb bundle.
The evening will be accompanied by musical pieces for CLARINET and EUPHONIUM.
