SATURDAY, JUNE 27th: Our event "CALICI DI FUOCO" is back!
It will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the SUMMER SOLSTICE, a tradition historically accompanied by fire to light up the shortest night of the year and give extra strength to the sun.
From 8:00 PM: Welcome glass of wine for everyone!
8:00 PM – GUIDED TASTING of 6 wines: LAUDE organic sparkling rosé – ELIO BIANCO 2024 organic – GALANDIN 2025 organic – RUBEST 2024 organic – MERLOT 2023 organic - DIANA ROSSO 2020 organic. All wines will be paired with selected food tastings. Duration: approx. 1h 30min. > Price: €25/person (RESERVATION REQUIRED)
9:45 PM – TRADITIONAL RITUALS connected to the Summer Solstice (the bouquet of herbs, walnut harvesting, the St. John's sailboat, and more) and lighting of the candles.
AT DUSK (approx. 10:00 PM) – LIGHTING OF THE BONFIRE. Following our tradition, we will then burn the weeds and the St. John’s Eve herb bouquet.
To follow: A toast around the fire.
The evening will be filled with music and drums.
